2. Why does my order say "Unfulfilled"?
Don't worry! It simply means we’re working on getting your order ready. If you’ve ordered something on backorder, it might stay in this status for 3-7 days while we prep and package it just for you.
3. What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, you can return. Please check out our “Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges” for all the details.
4. How do your products fit?

5. Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
We love a good deal too, but our system only allows one coupon per order.
6. What if my favorite item is out of stock?
We know it’s disappointing when something you love is out of stock! But don’t worry, we might restock soon. Send us an email at Vorreilo@Vorreilo.com, and we’ll make sure to notify you once it's back. Just share the best email to reach you!
7. Why was my order canceled?
Sometimes, items can unexpectedly become unavailable, but we promise it’s rare! If this happens, we’ll let you know within 24 to 48 hours. Any other items in your order will still be on their way, and you’ll be refunded for the unavailable item.
8. Can I change my order after placing it?
Need to make a change? Reach out to us as soon as possible! We process orders quickly, and once it’s on its way, we won’t be able to make adjustments. But we’ll do our best to help!
